Thank you for shopping with Nyk Nkuu. We take great care in preparing and shipping each order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak periods or products launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days (if selected at checkout
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.ย
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nyk Nkuu is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees will not be applied.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packagingย
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.
